HOW IT WORKS
Yes, you can get sober.
You have it in you -
and we’ll help you find it.Here's how.
Each phase of care is guided by the 12-step framework and supported by therapy, experiential treatment, and whole-person wellness.
- Time frame: 7-14 days
PHASE ONE: DETOX
Let’s get it
out of your system.
Upon admission, we’ll assess your medical and substance use history, plus any mental health needs. If detox is needed, we’ll create an individualized plan to manage withdrawal safely and comfortably.
Yes, it’s hard. But we’re here to make it easier.
Our team is here 24/7 — with professional support and medication, if necessary, to help you detox safely and ease withdrawal effects.
- Time frame: 30-60 days
PHASE TWO: REHAB
Hard work.
Lasting change.
Here’s where we do the real work to untangle the deeper causes, process the pain, and build the emotional strength to move forward.
During residential treatment, clients are introduced to the 12-step model through guided group work, reflection, and peer connection — learning how to apply its principles in everyday life.
With 24/7 supervision, and therapeutic support, residential care offers a structured daily routine including:
Individual therapy
to address underlying issues and personal goals.
Group therapy
for shared insight, connection, and growth rooted in 12-step principles.
Peer support
from trained specialists with lived experience.
Recreational Activities
to unwind, develop relationships and learn to enjoy life again.
Alternative Therapies
to manage stress, build resilience, and stay grounded in recovery.
- Time frame: 30-60 days
If you don’t need detox, you’ll skip straight to this phase.
